Coach Jeff has been instrumental in placing the girls on my daughter’s club team into their dream colleges. We took care to understand each of the girls dreams, goals and abilities when they were in a position to begin the college recruiting process. He was straight up about the possibilities available and was constantly encouraging the girls to do their part in being in touch with colleges that they were interested in. We do alot of traveling and speak to many other players and parents. We constantly heard how hard the recruiting process was for other teams and girls because they had no direction from their coaches. Coach Jeff had us on the best and easiest to navigate recruiting applications and followed up with each girl. Our daughter was placed in her first choice college with a very generous package.

The college recruiting process can be very confusing. Coach Jeff worked patiently with our daughter Samantha as well as with all the players on her team to navigate through that process. He scheduled us in the right tournaments and spent many hours tirelessly e-mailing, texting and calling college coaches. He has the right balance of patience, encouragement, an ability to assess ability and fit and he has a great network of college coaches that respect him. We are truly grateful for Coach Jeff’s care and diligence when it came to the recruiting process.

On behalf of Jeff Eisele, Bridget Dudziec and family are extremely grateful for all of Jeff’s hard work and dedication to our daughter Bridget in her soccer recruiting process.
Bridget’s situation for recruiting was quiet different then your average person! We teased him that Bridget was like a part time job for him because her first college placement changed after the college coach was relocated to another school. So we had to go through the process twice.
Many of the college coaches that we spoke to during this process loved working with Jeff because he was honest, extremely time officiant, and got back to the coaches right away with answers. Jeff cares a lot!!! He spent a great deal of time working with us to help us find the perfect fit for Bridget and was very honest with us whether or not he felt we were on the right track. Jeff’s focus is on finding the “best fit” for your child! Where you’re child was going to be truly successful and happy!
Any college recruiting agency will be extremely lucky to have Jeff working for them, because he’s very hard working and gets the job done!

Jeff Eisele was instrumental in getting my daughter recruited to play soccer in College. He is extremely knowledgeable in the college recruiting process. We attended several showcases and there were coaches interested in my daughter so Jeff was able to talk to the coaches about my daughter and set up phone conferences etc for her. If you have a player interested in playing at the next level Jeff can get the process going. I give him my highest recommendation to him you will be equally pleased.

My family and I met Jeff Eisele in the spring of 2018 when my daughter Jade tried out for his team. Jade made the hard decision to leave her team of five years as a Sophomore. After Jade’s first practice with Jeff, my husband and I spoke to Jeff about our options and he gave us his cell number if we had any further questions. To change teams and clubs at this age could potentially be a disaster for a player who is trying to get recruited so we were very nervous. A couple of days later Jeff took our call and answered numerous questions about the college recruitment process. A week later Jade went back to play with his team for another tryout. Unfortunately for Jade, Jeff is coaching one of the best teams in the country, with an already overloaded roster. Jeff offered her a spot on his team but told her honestly that she would most likely not get to play in the games. He also said she could join the NPL team and come to his practices. Jade chose the second option so that she could play more. That summer Jade participated in a few College ID Camps. When a coach showed some interest in Jade, I called Jeff, who at this point had no relationship with Jade or us, to ask a few questions. He not only spent time with me, but also called the coach. Over the next 12 months Jade played with her NPL team and practiced with Jeff’s team once a week. Even though Jeff wasn’t Jade’s coach per se, he always took our calls and answered all our college recruiting questions and gave us good advice. This is a very difficult, stressful, and time consuming process. Jeff kept us on the right track and was very honest with us and Jade’s prospects. We all want the best for our children and sometimes we can be unrealistic about our children’s abilities, and those unrealistic views can waste a lot of time and money during this already arduous endeavor. Besides the time Jeff spent with us, he made several calls on Jade’s behalf and spoke too many coaches. To help her further, Jeff took Jade to some college showcase with another team he coaches and played her in a calculating way to show her strengths. It was at one of these showcases that she was seen by a coach of the school she ended up deciding to attend. Jeff advised us how to reach out to coaches prior to these showcases and unlike any other coach I know, he personally emailed every coach attending the showcase and emailed them all after. He then called all the coaches that would reach out to Jade to talk about her specifically. Jeff made getting the players onto college teams part of his job. In my limited experience, this was not a common practice. In fact, one of the reasons we left our last club was due to the fact that there was very little help form the coaches or the club with the college process. After what seemed like an endless roller coaster ride, Jade was sent an email from the coach at her school of choice. We knew he was interested, but there was some back and forth over a couple of months and the email still didn’t appear to be a final offer. I forwarded the email to Jeff and asked him to read it and give me his assessment. About an hour later he called me and said he spent about 30 minutes talking with the coach and she was in. As always, Jeff went above and beyond to help Jade. Not only does Jeff know the college coaches, his opinion is highly respected by them. More importantly, he knows the process, what it takes to get through it and where to direct ones energy.
Sincerely, Courtney Tarpley
