Zach Pall is a former Division 1 lacrosse player at Hofstra University and a current member of the indoor and outdoor Israeli national team. In 2017, Zach finished second on points for Israel at the European Indoor Championship tournament held in Finland as his team went unbeaten on the path to its first ever gold medal. A year later, Zach led the Israeli team on points at the outdoor world games held in Netanya on Israel’s Mediterranean coast.
None of this would have been possible without being part of one of the top high school lacrosse programs in the country. During Zach’s senior year in 2008, Ward Melville High School was ranked number 1 in the country, and he was selected as an All-American as well as being a team captain. From there he went on to Quinnipiac University where he played from 2008 to 2010, being selected again as an All-American. He then played at Hofstra University and took part in the prestigious NCAA Tournament, in addition to graduating from the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication.
While still performing at the highest international level, Zach found his way to the Gulf Coast and has been instrumental in growing the sport throughout the region as founder of the Parallax Lacrosse Training and Club Team. Zach also served as Assistant Coach at Pensacola Catholic High School in 2012, West Florida Technology High School between 2013-2015 and the Lower Alabama Lacrosse Club from 2015 to 2018, where he later spent two years as Head Coach until 2020. Zach is now the head coach at Jesuit New Orleans.
